Goal Setting Module: Lesson 4 – Keeping Your Eye on the Ball

Is to add some simple practices to your daily routines to build momentum towards your goals without getting into overwhelm.


Why you need to do it:

The truth is that the goal setting part is the easy part.  It is staying on track and staying focused which tends to trip most of us up.

Over the years I have developed some really strong systems which are easy enough to implement without adding to overwhelm in your life.

These simple things will keep you focused and on track so that you make minor little changes along the way to ensure success. It is kind of like driving a car, you don’t just turn the wheel at the big corners right? You make tiny little adjustments even when you are travelling in a relatively straight line.  It is same with working towards goals, not every thing that you do will be a success straight off, you need to try something, analyze the results, tweak and refine.  These systems will allow you to do that.




What you actually need to do:

2. Buy yourself a journal if you do not already have one.

3. Open the resource for this lesson and print this one out.  You can put this in the front of your diary so you have the prompts you need everyday.
