Discovering Your Clients Fears, Desires, & Goals


Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

Is to become a detective! It is tempting (very tempting) to outsource this part.  Deep diving into another persons fears, desires and goals can feel stalkerish. But I ask you move past that fear, because if you really want to serve your tribe and make their lives better, you need to first understand them.




Why you need to do it:

You could outsource this task, but I really encourage you not too, YOU are best person for this job.

A lot is lost in translation and you will become very familiar with not only your clients fears, desires, and goals but also with the language they use, the types of groups they are found in, and this is an added bonus, what else is being offered out there.


What you actually need to do:

 1. Watch the video above.

2. Open up the Discovering Your Clients Fears, Desires, & Goals: Doing the research workbook found in the resources section.

3. Join some groups where your ideal clients hang out.

4. Undertake the research and record your ideal clients fears, desires and goals (and the other items listed in the workbook) using their own language. You will use this for the final lesson in this module.
