In this lesson we will take some time to really consider what works best for you.

Do you know what time of the day you operate best?

Do you have a time and space where focus is optimized for you?

Do you currently have a self care rhythm that works for you?

Why you need to do it:

We all have natural rhythms and individual needs. 

But we don’t always know what they are, so here, we take some time to get to know ourselves because…

When we try and do things according to someone else’s timetable it can feel like we are swimming against the tide, and we certainly get less done.

What you actually need to do:

For this lesson you will need to:

1. Watch the video above. 

2. Open the resource.

3. Complete the exercise.

4. Alter your diary schedules to incorporate your new found knowledge.

5. Make a commitment to yourself, stick to your new routines for at least a month and see how you go. If for example you decide to get up at 5 am, it is going take some for body to get used to doing that. What I am saying is, anything new needs to be given a decent go before it is dismissed and something else is tried.
