The truth is that the goal setting part is the easy part. It is staying on track and staying focused which tends to trip most of us up.
Over the years I have developed some really strong systems which are easy enough to implement without adding to overwhelm in your life.
These simple things will keep you focused and on track so that you make minor little changes along the way to ensure success. It is kind of like driving a car, you don’t just turn the wheel at the big corners, right? You make tiny little adjustments even when you are traveling in a relatively straight line. It is the same as working towards goals, not every thing that you do will be a success straight off, you need to try something, analyze the results, tweak and refine. These systems will allow you to do that.
