Feeling in Control of Your Time
I know this is a big ask, but it will make a big difference to the way you operate and your capacity to regain control time of your time…
I am asking you to ‘own it’. Acknowledge that in any given situation we get to choose how we feel and react.
Now I am not saying that emotions and feelings are bad or that you should not feel upset… I encourage you to feel those things for real, and then decide what actions you can take to move forward.
PS: squashing emotions NEVER works, they arise later. Best to deal with them at the time.
Feelings of overwhelm kick you into the fight or response that we talked about right back at the introduction of the module one.
When you are overwhelmed you cannot think straight.
